More than 600 Ugandan trafficking survivors are currently hiding in Cambodia after escaping industrial-scale scam compounds. With no passports, money, or protection, many are being treated as criminals and face detention, homelessness, or re-trafficking.

22 survivors are in the most urgent need right now. They require food, hygiene supplies, and emergency repatriation flights home.

In 2025, Hope’s Cry helped repatriate 52 survivors because of consistent donor support. We are doing that work again today.
